Since both Buddha Boy and I had a very late lunch, we decided to have a later dinner at Silver Tower. Funny how Silver Tower is one of the places we used to go to all the time but never once took any pictures. I think the last time we were there was about seven or eight months ago...and the owner still recognized us...LOL! After all, it's not everyday that you see a chubby couple (each with an amazing Buddha-figure) who actually look alike and love nothing but food...LOL! Plus...we are VERY EASY to spot...just look for a chubby "rounded" couple...Buddha Boy = Mr. Big & Tall...Buddha Girl - Mrs. Big & Short...LOL!!!
Buddha Boy had the Cream of Corn and Ham...it came with one of the combo...

I ordered an Egg and Tomato Sandwich...all their sandwiches come with fries!
Nice! The egg was still a bit runny...YUM!
Buddha Boy ordered a Tuna Sandwich...again came with fries...
Not much tuna...
I also ordered an Eggplant & Tofu Pot...usually they'll cook it with oyster sauce...but since I am on my veggie mission, I have asked them to eliminate the oyster sauce.
Chicken & Cashew Stirfry - they added quite a bit of shrimps in it.
