I was comfortable after our meal at Home Restaurant, but I do love drive-ins and wanted to try something...anything. I used to visit Wally's regularly as kid, but now, the reincarnation just doesn't feel the same.
Keeping it simple, I only ordered a Bacon Burger. While the burger had a nice char, I suspect that the meat was from a frozen patty. In a way, I was hoping for a hand-made patty. The burger was still pretty good, but at $8, the price was a bit on the steep side, especially it didn't come with any fries. The only bonus about this burger was the patty, it's bigger than Triple O's...but that's pretty much it.
We did a quick stop at the Limbert Mountain Farm for the Edible Vancouver Garlic Festival. We arrived pretty late, probably within the last half hour of the festival. We still enjoyed walking around the area.
