After my one month vegetarian diet, I was craving for all kinds of meat, especially wings...just wasn't sure what kind of wings. When I stumbled upon an ad for this restaurant in the September issue of KLIP magazine, I knew I had to pay it a visit.
What we should have done was to have dinner at Aberdeen Centre 時代坊 instead of Yoahan Centre 八佰伴中心. That way, we would be able to do a side-by-side comparison with Wu Fung Dessert 甜甜車仔麵. Anyhow, both Buddha Boy and I couldn't recall from memory how the wings suppose to taste, but from this experience, other than being freshly deep fried, these wings really had no character.
Originally, Buddha Boy and I wanted to have dinner here, but with its limited menu, there's really nothing suitable for my diabetic husband. We ended up ordering to-go and picked up a dozen of Deep Fried Chicken Wings 風沙雞翼. These wings weren't cheap...after tax, it was approximately $1.45 each.
