After work (the night before), Buddha Girl and I took our time before making our way down south.  We weren't in too much of hurry, as long as we make it to the border before NEXUS closes, that's all that matters.  Buddha Dog tagged along, well, more like we dragged him along...and he hated it.
After shopping at Seattle Premium Outlets (which we bought nothing), Macy's and Centralia Outlets, we took a nap before making our way to Portland for breakfast.
Due to the holiday parade, we circled around the area for at least thirty minutes before arriving at our destination.  GPS really had trouble adapting to my driving.  Thankfully, Brunch Box was open, or I would be extremely disappointed.
I came here for one thing only...the Redonkadonk, a monstrosity of two grilled cheese sandwiches filled with a beef patty, spam, ham, bacon, egg, cheese, onions, lettuce, tomato, ketchup, mustard and mayo.  Need I say more?
The sandwich was very meaty but quite messy to eat.  Being the only beef-eater in the group, I finished the sandwich all by myself...yes, the whole sandwich, and I'll do it again next time I visit Portland.  Buddha Girl and Octopus ordered the same sandwich to share but requested for turkey patty instead.
HoCloud had the ThaiBacon, which came with pineapple, jalapeno, bacon, lettuce, tomato, onions and peanut sauce.  Instead of beef, he requested turkey patty.
If you love grease, love meat and love cheese, then you will love this sandwich.  Well, what's not to like?
