I really needed food after a lengthy morning appointment. Since I was planning to head to IKEA in Coquitlam to pick up some storage baskets, it made sense to grab some cheap breakfast at the same time too.

The Butternut Squash Soup had a gentle curry fragrance that mingled well with the nutty squash sweetness. The bowl usually comes with a dinner roll, but I didn't bother grabbing it since I ran out of room on my tray.
With so much food, I was only able to finish half of the Cinnamon Bun. Plus the icing was a bit too sweet for me, even when I already scraped off most of the sugar.
After the meal, I walked around IKEA and bought everything I needed before meeting up with Buddha Boy for lunch. Buddha Boy was shocked to hear how much I spent on breakfast. He's quite speechless because spending approximately $8.00CAD for breakfast at IKEA means I ate A LOT!!! Yes hun, I did.
